PROCESS CALIBRATOR
FLUKE 743B
Fluke 743B Documenting Process Calibrators are battery-powered, hand-held instruments that measure and source electrical and physical parameters. The calibrator let you troubleshoot, calibrate, verify and document your work on process instrument.
MULTIFUNCTION CALIBRATOR
725Ex
The new Fluke 725Ex Intrinsically Safe Multifunction Process Calibrator is powerful yet easy-to-use. Combined with one of the (eight) new Fluke 700PEx Pressure Modules, the 725Ex is able to calibrate almost any process instrument likely to need service in an area where explosive gasses may be present.
Test and maintenance
Transmitter calibration
Loop set-up and diagnostics
Switch, trip and alarm verification
LIGHT METER
KYORITSU 5202
Model 5202 is a 3 ranges changeable from low to high illuminance (200/2000/2000lux). It is also a data hold function and have the digital light meter with separate light receiving sensor and meter.
GAS DETECTOR
MSA, ALTAIR 4X
The ALTAIR 4X Multigas Detector is intended for use by trained and qualified personnel. It is designed to be used when performing a hazard assessment to:
Assess potential worker exposure to combustible and toxic gases and vapours as well as low level of oxygen.
determine the appropriate gas and vapour monitoring needed for a workplace.
The ALTAIR 4X Multigas Detector can be equipped to detect:
Combustible gases and certain combustible vapours
Oxygen-deficient or oxygen-rich atmospheres
Oxygen for monitoring inertisation applications.
The device is suitable and certified for the measurement of the oxygen concentration in gas mixtures for inertisation according to EN 50104 but without alarm function.
Specific toxic gases for which a sensor is installed.
DIGITAL EARTH TEST
KYORITSU 4105A
MODEL 4105A is an earth resistance tester for testing power distribution lines, in-house wiring system, electrical appliances etc. It also has an earth voltage range for earth voltage measurement.
CHART RECORDER
SINGLE PEN, PRESSURE ONLY (0-10000 PSI)
Chart recorder is an instrument used to records an mechanical input trend onto a piece of paper (the chart). Chart recorder are a familiar in manufacturing plants, where they track such variables as pressure. Suitable for hazardous environment such as chemical process line. When the process to be tracked involves limited variables that do not require a PC-based interface, paper and pen can still be the way to go.
CHART RECORDER
DOUBLE PEN, TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE
Chart recorder is an instrument used to records an mechanical input trend onto a piece of paper (the chart). Chart recorder are a familiar in manufacturing plants, where they track such variables as pressure. Suitable for hazardous environtment such as chemical process line. When the process to be tracked involves limited variables that do not require a PC-based interface, paper and pen can still be the way to go.
CABLE ROLLER AND HYDRAULIC CABLE DRUM LIFTING JACK
Cable rollers and cable pulling equipment for the DNO, cable laying contractor, utility and electricity supply industry – this includes straight cable rollers, corner cable rollers, triple cable rollers and specialist cable rollers for pulling underground cables into trenches and ducts up to 33kV.
Hydraulic jack lift equipment proliferates in the stock and equipment rooms of so many industrial plants, building yards, construction sites and garages. This is because it allows for lifting of equipment that is heavy – anything from a five ton load to a 50 ton load.
DIGITAL RCD (ELCB) TESTER
KYORITSU 5406A
• Custom microprocessor controlled for highest accuracy and reliability.
• 3 LEDs for checking correct wiring status..
• Digital read-out of tripping time.
• Test DC sensitive breakers.
• Constant current source circuitry ensures that a fluctuating mains voltage does not affect the accuracy of readings.
• Large custom digital display readout.
• Visual indication of reversed phase and neutral wiring at socket.
• Designed to IP54 Rating.
• Complies with IEC61557
PRESSURE GAUGE
Pressure gauges and switches are among the most often used instruments in a plant. But because of their great numbers, attention to maintenance–and reliability–can be compromised. As a consequence, it is not uncommon in older plants to see many gauges and switches out of service.
